What the estimate includes
A written scope naming each item of work, the materials going on your roof, photographs of the conditions we found, and a firm price for what is visible. Anything we cannot see until the roof is open — soft decking is the usual one — is listed as a condition you approve before it is done, not added to an invoice afterward. The estimate costs nothing and does not commit you to the work.
Who is doing the work
Every job is performed under GenX Roofing LLC, Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1333347. That license is issued by the state, is valid across Florida, and can be checked against the DBPR public record at any time. It is also why the number appears on this page and on every page of this site — Florida requires a contractor's license number in advertising, and a roofer who leaves it off is telling you something.
